About Matthew F. Denley

Mr. Denley is a shareholder and litigator in both the civil litigation department and our administrative law department. In addition to workers’ compensation insurance defense work, he emphasizes employment law and related regulatory matters.

He graduated from Willamette University College of Law, where he received a J.D. degree, and earned magna cum laude honors with a B.A. degree from Concordia College in Moorhead, Minnesota. He is a member of Oregon, Washington and District of Columbia Bar Associations. He is also a member of the Oregon Self-Insurers Association

The Martindale-Hubbell Peer Review Ratings process is the gold standard due to its objectivity and comprehensiveness. Lawyers solicited for peer reviews include both those selected by the attorney being reviewed and lawyers independently selected by Martindale-Hubbell. All reviewers are verified as attorneys through Martindale-Hubbell’s extensive attorney database. Only attorneys practicing at least three years and receiving a sufficient number of reviews from non-affiliated attorneys are eligible to receive a Rating.
