Nick Ebel focuses his practice on bankruptcy, reorganization and creditors' rights, financial services and risk management, and business and commercial litigation. Prior to joining Walsh, he clerked for the Honorable Rosemary Gambardella in the United States Bankruptcy Court for the District of New Jersey. Nick also gained experience as a summer associate with Walsh in 2022.Nick graduated from Boston College Law School in 2023, where he served as Treasurer of the Federalist Society, a Staff Writer for the Uniform Commercial Code Reporter-Digest, and later its Training Management Editor. During law school, he also worked as a Legal Intern for Boston College's COVID Relief Services. He holds a B.A., summa cum laude, in History from Seton Hall University, with minors in Legal Studies in Business and Italian Studies. At Seton Hall, Nick was a member of Phi Alpha Theta – the History Honor Society – and served as the Interim Music Manager for WSOU, Seton Hall’s Pirate Radio Station.
