When I first came to Mr. York, I was overwhelmed by the American immigration process, lost and confused by the complexity of this matter, but he was able to start quickly and move me forward through the paperwork. He was very reassuring and professional in his handling of my case that finalized exactly the way Mr. York told me from the beginning. I had and I will continue to highly recommend him to anybody who needs help in immigration. Why? Because he is THE BEST!

Superb team! Very quick to respond to all my queries and patiently explained the green card process, what I needed to do, as well as how they would be assisting me. They thought of potential issues and explained very clearly how to mitigate them.
Highly recommend their services for any immigration issues!
Will definitely be using Harlan and his team if and when I apply for citizenship.

Hired Attorney

I have hired many professionals for many different services and Mr. York has to be at the top of the list. Not only is he an expert in current immigration law, but he is well versed in changes that have occurred in the last 20 years. I have always found his rates to be fair and reasonable. Some of the cases that I have referred to Mr. York have been difficult ones, and every time he has found several creative ways to find a satisfactory resolution.
