We had a very tough and delicate case. Damon was very clear from the beginning about the challenges but he was also very confident that we could win and we did. He was passionate, knowledgeable and competent. Damon is also very kind and patient and takes the time to answer all questions until you feel comfortable. I never leave reviews but I had to leave one for Damon. As a professional myself, I understand the value of working with great people and I've added Damon to my emergency contacts list

All reviewers are verified as attorneys through Martindale-Hubbell’s extensive attorney database. Only attorneys practicing at least three years and receiving a sufficient number of reviews from non-affiliated attorneys are eligible to receive a Rating.

What are the different Martindale-Hubbell Peer Review Ratings?*

• AV Preeminent®: The highest peer rating standard. This rating signifies that a large number of the lawyer’s peers rank him or her at the highest level of professional excellence for their legal knowledge, communication skills and ethical standards.
