•Representing nursing homes, home care and other allied health services against allegations involving abuse, negligence, wrongful death, and other areas of medical malpractice.
•Defending individual doctors, nurses, aides and technicians, as well as hospitals, nursing homes and dialysis centers in professional liability matters.
•Obtaining successful outcomes in premises liability and general liability cases.
