My experience with Kenneth F. McCallion was a disaster. I hired him for a strong case that had already survived major motions, yet he contributed almost nothing. He constantly mixed up basic terms, repeatedly misspelled opposing counsel’s simple name, and ignored emails for days or weeks. His billing was outrageous—clearly fabricated hours paired with “discounted invoice” nonsense meant to look generous while padding the bill. But the trial was the breaking point. He showed up with no preparation, no organization, no plan, and fumbled through questioning so badly the judge reprimanded him repeatedly. He froze, rambled, and never used a single piece of deposition testimony that would have helped. Watching him throw away a case I spent years building was devastating. Hiring him was one of the biggest mistakes of my life. I paid this horror around 100K and he comes to court and improvises. I am considering a legal malpractice suit against this awful man.
