Although very cheap, I wouldn't suggest Phil Peterson to anyone. Parenting Plan had my child's name wrong, the wrong date for one of the events it conforms to and incorrectly stated info I made clear during out consult. A second form (response to Dept of Revenue) "agreed" that I'm not custodial parent. That is yet another item I made clear in our consult. Bite the bullet, and pay the top attorneys what they ask... you'll thank yourself in the long run.
It seemed every time I called he wasn't there or didn't care about my concerns. He had his asst. call me back and she wasn't sure half the time what was going on. He told me what it was going to cost me and when it came time to pay it was a different price. I have used this attorney in the past and was quite happy. I do not know what's going on but he has changed.
Pretty awful service so far. Yes his assistant is way out there, has no clue whats going on. Even after you explain your situation very clearly it's like no one's home upstairs. As far as actual attorney work, you will get continuance after continuance no game plan, no communication, but a nice lovely bill. Absolutely the worst I've ever experienced
