I work for a real estate developer. It was our first development in New Port Richey. We initial found Roland Waller out of a phonebook and I consider it a very fortunate find. He helped us (and our project) greatly and I would not hesitate to call work with him again on any other project we have. Thank you.

Alot of arguments happened and I was going through grief.Rude secretary.Tried tried to charge more than necessary and allowed.Fianally I can somehow get along with Mr. Waller now.After going through another attorney for help.

This firm was recommended by my real estate office to handle the closing for a residential property my wife and I owned in Pasco County. We chose to close remotely and handled things via email and overnight delivery. We received documents with multiple errors, issues over wire transfer procedures and an overall less than customer friendly approach. I recommend you look elsewhere for closing services.

Very unprofessional, emailed financial documents without secure encryption, mistakes on settlement statement, no appt scheduled for closing until day of, wiring closing costs vs. cashiers check never shared. Would not recommend.
