Kristal was dedicated to a positive outcome. Sje truly cares. Her assistant Karen was a delight to work with as well. There were a couple of learning curves due to the nature of my case, but overall I would highly recommend this firm. Just remember attorneys specialize in certain area, work alongside them and do your homework to garner other expert advice when needed. Please note I used her multiple times and each time, we had favorable outcomes over the course of a couple of years. Hiring an attorney can be costly, however the end result proved that the investment was worth it. She worked closely with me throughout the process encompassing years for each petition.

Don't recommend using knox. Doesn't return calls nor emails timely if at all. Goes on vacation without notice. Changes paralegals mid term without notice. Sends calls to voicemail cause they use called id😆 didn't put me or my children best ethical situation at hand. She just worried about her retainer fee and no ambition to help later on.
