Wade B. Hammett is an associate with the firm practicing in the Mass Tort and Class Actions and Energy & Environmental Practice Areas. He has considerable experience in areas of insurance Litigation, energy and environmental law, and commercial litigation. Mr. Hammett has handled cases involving oil and gas related disputes, property restoration, commercial lease disputes, and a wide range of insurance disputes. He has also defended claims for benefits under life, disability, and accidental death insurance policies.
A magna cum laude graduate of the Loyola University College of Law, Mr. Hammett served as the Casenote and Comment Editor for the Loyola Law Review. Mr. Hammett graduated cum laude from the University of Southern California before attending law school.
Mr. Hammett has obtained bar and court admissions in Louisiana, the United States Court of Appeals for the Fifth District, and the United States District Courts for the Eastern, Middle, and Western Districts of Louisiana.
