He received his undergraduate degree in Accounting from the University of New Orleans where he graduated Cum Laude and near the top of his class, and his law degree from Loyola University of New Orleans School of Law where he was a Member of the Loyola Law Review and wrote Where There Is A Will, There Is A Way; The Securities and Exchange Commission's Adoption of Rule 10b5-1, 47 Loy. L. Rev. 1133, Fall, 2001.

Mr. Adams is a frequent instructor in the Loyola University School of Law Skills Course curriculum where he teaches a course on business entity documentation. He has also presented materials on Advanced L.L.C. Issues to attorneys and business professionals and has lectured on Business Entities for Loyola University School of Law’s bar exam preparation supplemental lecture series.
