Linda is by far one of the worst attorney's I've ever hired to represent me. I retained her services in 2012. She was handling both my departmental trial and civil law suit. She seemed more interested in that retainer money then actually winning the case. During the middle of my departmental trial she switched up attorneys on me and that left me in a vulnerable position because the new attorney did not know anything about my case. His inexperience and lack of knowledge on police department policies left me at the mercy of the trial judge and ultimately cause me to lose my trial. I lost everything because of her and since 2015 she has not got back to me. I found out through another attorney that my civil case was dismissed and that linda was obligated to give me that information since i had a certain time to file an appeal. Well i missed that appeal because the statue of limitations was up due to her negligence. Stay away from that piece of sh!t
I retained Linda Cronin and she basically baited and switched on me.
When I went to her to have her review my case which was already within the court, she reviewed it and then she told me she would represent me at Trial, which my case was on the calender to go to Trial. After a year this Attorney, Linda Cronin called me on a phone call and told me that I must settle or she would withdraw from my case. The Attorney also had my husband harass me by speaking to him on the phone call to have me agree
She is about the money and not about helping her clients to the full potential...I had a case with her in which she did not present my case properly after giving her about 20,000 to her office. Get yourself a better lawyer.
