he did not actually represent me. It was staff. The original person I spoke with left the firm. I was not told this. I was assigned to another staff lawyer. She was not able to cover my first hearing and another lawyer took that hearing. I would call often about not receiving my check from WC and nothing would happen. I was owed for over 4 months of payment over 13,000 to me after attorney fees. I spoke with my lawyer and she made a settlement seem to be best. It wasn't as she represented.
