About Joseph F. Owens

Mr. Owens is a former partner in the “AV” rated firm of Murphy & Desmond, S.C. located in Madison, Wisconsin where his practice included representing major corporations in civil litigation. In the early 1990s he formed a firm focusing on civil litigation representing individuals and focusing on small businesses.

Currently, Mr. Owens’ law firm operates a boutique law practice in consortium with a group of independent solo practitioners. His practice focuses on casualty loss insurance cases, white collar criminal litigation and complex divorce matters.

Hired Attorney

Excellent attorney if you can get him to take your case. Like all excellent attorneys he has way more requests than he can handle and he has to turn people down but he is very generous with his time and explains things fully and clearly. One of the few attorneys I've met who truly cares.
