Hired Attorney

I reached out to Mr. Oliva to review my case and possibly represent me. Unfortunately it was not the type of case that he could provide representation for but I was so impressed with his prompt and professional responses that I wanted to make that information available to other people that may be looking for an attorney. He replied back to my inquiry in a very short time. He answered all my questions, even some that may have been a bit basic or repetitive, he answered to all my e-mails and when it was clear that he would not be able to handle my case, he located another firm that could and provided that information to me. I am so thankful for the information he provided as I was running out of options on who to talk to and what to say. God Bless him!

The Martindale-Hubbell Peer Review Ratings process is the gold standard due to its objectivity and comprehensiveness. Lawyers solicited for peer reviews include both those selected by the attorney being reviewed and lawyers independently selected by Martindale-Hubbell. All reviewers are verified as attorneys through Martindale-Hubbell’s extensive attorney database. Only attorneys practicing at least three years and receiving a sufficient number of reviews from non-affiliated attorneys are eligible to receive a Rating.

What are the different Martindale-Hubbell Peer Review Ratings?*

• AV Preeminent®: The highest peer rating standard. This rating signifies that a large number of the lawyer’s peers rank him or her at the highest level of professional excellence for their legal knowledge, communication skills and ethical standards.
