This "lawyer" is rude, incompetent, arrogant, egotistical, and narcissistic. He thinks that he is above the law and that the laws do not apply to him. Don't believe me? Look him up online and you will find his run-ins with the law.
He could care less for the elderly...he shouldn't represent the State of Tennessee
Suddenly after I post a negative review about him and his services he emails me and offers to obtain the chain of custody paperwork that could prove my specimen to be invalid which could have potentially cleared my name rather than me having to live the rest of my life with these charges over my head!
Although Mr. Bobby L. Jackson is rated high among his peers, as a client, I was duped and very disappointed in him as a mediator. He lied about the law and what was required and he did all he could to assist the other party whose lawyer Rose Palermo is one of his best friends. I complained to the TN Supreme court of Responsibility, but they are also lawyers who did not want to rock the boat on Bobby Jackson. This man bragged about doing the Vince Gill divorce mediation, but he is not ethical.
I hired Elizabeth Garrett thru a colleague on 8/8/09. I've heard from Ms Garrett 2 times since then (today 8/19/10). She had me pay up front $1500 and said every time I call or email, she would charge me $75-$225 an hour. I haven't seen one thing completed as I was being summoned to court and needed support. I decided to file for child support myself and got a court date within a month. Thanks for nothing!!
Mr. McKinney agreed to represent me, then did not show up to court. His office advised me to request a continuance from the judge, which I did. When the plaintiff's attorney rescheduled the date, the summons was sent to Mr. McKinney (as my attorney-of-record). He did not inform me of the date, nor did he show up to court, and a default judgment was entered against me. After our initial conversation, no phone calls were returned to me about the case.
