Rob Mckinney is a fighter, and will not rollover for the district attorney (and they know that). This man works miracles in Davidson and Williamson counties (particularly with drug and DUI cases). You will have to adequately communicate to him what it is you want, be willing (and able) to pay the price, and to stay on top of him at times... But if you are in these types of trouble in these counties... Do yourself a favor and hire this man.
Suddenly after I post a negative review about him and his services he emails me and offers to obtain the chain of custody paperwork that could prove my specimen to be invalid which could have potentially cleared my name rather than me having to live the rest of my life with these charges over my head!
Mr. McKinney agreed to represent me, then did not show up to court. His office advised me to request a continuance from the judge, which I did. When the plaintiff's attorney rescheduled the date, the summons was sent to Mr. McKinney (as my attorney-of-record). He did not inform me of the date, nor did he show up to court, and a default judgment was entered against me. After our initial conversation, no phone calls were returned to me about the case.
