Cynthia J. Bohn & Associates is a law firm with an office in Nashville, TN. At this office location, there are 4 lawyers practicing family law, criminal law, appellate work and 1 other area of law.
I hired Ms. Bohn to handle a custody out of state parenting plan with the father. All her advice was spot on from the get go. She won my case for me and even mentored the father since his attorney was no where to be found that day. I got my out of state parenting plan done and both parties agreed and signed off on. Ms. Bohn knows the law and knows right from wrong and will get the job done for you on how you want it done.
I spent 6 years consulting attorneys across the nation and when I had a family law need, I immediately contacted Cynthia. I knew her to be competent, driven, direct and compassionate. She handled my case extremely well and I would recommend her to anyone. In fact, I have on several occasions.
She’s a horrible attorney. She talk about opposing like she’s knows and actually win. Then do nothing but bill you. Make threats if ask her to do her job. Then withdraw from your case. If you don’t agree with plan. That’s not what you paid her for in the first place. She’s in a library parking lot now. Smoking cigarettes looking for who is next. A disgrace to Vanderbilt University.
She dressed in a sloppy manner, smelled of cheap cigarettes. Did not listen to my requests. Uninterested in the interests of my children. Allowed me to be grilled for six consecutive hours on the stand on matters not related to custody. Did not question children's father or his live in girlfriend. Apparently does not know Tennessee law. Only interested in how many hours she could charge me for and not in helping the client. I could go on for hours! She needs to be sued herself for malpractice.
