Legal documents drafted by the Firm were riddled with typos. Numerous motions were filed, by the Firm, some without my prior knowledge, and they were never followed up on. We moved forward with the final hearing while still awaiting a date for a hearing on a previous motion. Details which were pivotal to the case were left out or overlooked. The case was handed off three times, through three different attorneys after the one I'd hired abruptly left the practice.
This attorney is a lying peice of crap..does not believe in truth or decency or democracy ..he has lost over 9 cases fir our mobile home park..all rhe same case lost all 2 plus the appeals and lost at the supreme court..he does lie and still loses.. Chris Niland
