I never write bad reviews and I’m disappointed I have to write this one but I want to protect others from what I have experienced. Terrible Lawyer. Mixes up clients constantly and shares personal information with the wrong people. Talks down to clients and uses demeaning, manipulative and sleezy tactics. (Against her own clients!) Does not listen to or respect clients or their struggles. Likes to draw out cases to rack up the bill. I’ve never seen a lawyer who was so bad at their job. It was extremely disappointing. The more people I met who knew her, the more I heard about how this was a known reputation. She should retire and quit while she is ahead. This review will probably be removed like the other bad reviews she has received. More manipulation unfortunately.
Jane Holly Weintraub failed to provide me with details on a Contempt charge after my divorce finalization. She also failed to provide the date of the contempt hearing, therefore, I did not show up for the hearing. I am now being held in contempt and have three days to answer questions that I had previously asked Jane for help with. Her lack of communications and her applying more importance to seeking the advice of my ex-wife's counsel has left me owning more to the ex as well as court fees.
