Guaranteed a conviction. In October 2019 I was falsely accused of a crime that never occurred. In October 2021 I was falsely convicted of that “crime“ due to the abhorrent representation of Mark Alderuccio. This man sat on every piece of information I gave him. Critical exculpatory evidence, defense strategies etc., and let every lie told about me at the trial go unchallenged. I wanted a jury trial, but Mr. Alderuccio convinced me otherwise. “You couldn’t have a better judge for a bench trial“ he said to me.
