Robert H. Eardley is a Florida Bar Board Certified Wills, Trusts and Estates specialist and holds a Master of Laws (LL.M.) degree in Estate Planning. Robert's knowledge in Estate and Gift Law is very deep.. He is a strategic thinker and his planning ideas are thorough , effective and practical. Robert is very responsive to client communications and he is focused in providing value in every aspect of his practice. I would highly recommend him.

Hired Attorney Robert H. Eardley

A neighbor recommended Robert and I consider myself fortunate to have met him. He is a very compassionate and professional man. He walked me through his well honed procesdures making sure I was comfortable with the results. The whole process was efficient and well understood by me. We had a little time for some non-legal discussion, which gave me a chance to appreciate Robert’s interests and fine character. I highly recommend him.

The Martindale-Hubbell Peer Review Ratings process is the gold standard due to its objectivity and comprehensiveness. Lawyers solicited for peer reviews include both those selected by the attorney being reviewed and lawyers independently selected by Martindale-Hubbell. All reviewers are verified as attorneys through Martindale-Hubbell’s extensive attorney database. Only attorneys practicing at least three years and receiving a sufficient number of reviews from non-affiliated attorneys are eligible to receive a Rating.

What are the different Martindale-Hubbell Peer Review Ratings?*

• AV Preeminent®: The highest peer rating standard. This rating signifies that a large number of the lawyer’s peers rank him or her at the highest level of professional excellence for their legal knowledge, communication skills and ethical standards.
