This firm is representing a client probably a family member named Olga Cardet. She illegally kept my deposit of $1400 and my last months rent of $1600 after a formal walk through confirming NO DAMAGES and never had contractual obligations with us or ever had a walk through prior to us moving in. This lady is a disorganized highly confused fake property manager lol hot mess and I sent a certified letter confirming we will be proceeding with small claims court. She unlawfully kept our funds and created bogus charges after running the sinks in front of our faces, she is a thief and this firm should be ashamed representing a thief. ALBERTO CARDET is the attorney registered with this firm. $2845 is rightfully owed to us and provided written notification so see you all in Civil Court per FL Statute chapter 83 section 49.
Do not consider hiring these trust attorneys who crafted all our trusts. We paid them a significant sum for their services, only to be let down in the worst possible way. Upon transferring our trusts to a new bank, we learned that Dunwoody had been retained by the old bank. Despite being made aware of the conflict of interest, Dunwoody did not hesitate to advocate for the old bank's interests in court, contradicting their obligations to us and the trusts they prepared. This behavior is not just unethical; it's a blatant breach of trust that undermines their professional integrity.
