Inns of Court. Teen Court. Casey has lived in Naples for over thirty years and is proud to represent its businesses and residents. He attended Northwestern University in Evanston, Illinois where he graduated with honors. Following graduation from Northwestern, Casey entered law school at The University of Pennsylvania. Upon graduation, Casey returned to Naples and has spent more than ten years providing zealous representation to the Southwest Florida's businesses, residents and visitors. He has significant experience in all aspects of commercial and civil litigation and practices in Florida's state and federal courts. In addition to his civil litigation practice, Casey has developed a strong practice in complex foreclosure and loan litigation defense and has been successful in resolving numerous matters very favorably for his borrower and guarantor clients.

Lifestyle:

When he is not practicing law, Casey serves on the Board of Directors of the Montessori Academy of Naples and the Vestry of Trinity-By-The Cove Episcopal Church.

The Martindale-Hubbell Peer Review Ratings process is the gold standard due to its objectivity and comprehensiveness. Lawyers solicited for peer reviews include both those selected by the attorney being reviewed and lawyers independently selected by Martindale-Hubbell. All reviewers are verified as attorneys through Martindale-Hubbell’s extensive attorney database. Only attorneys practicing at least three years and receiving a sufficient number of reviews from non-affiliated attorneys are eligible to receive a Rating.

What are the different Martindale-Hubbell Peer Review Ratings?*
