Since 2012, Anthony Vechiola has chosen to concentrate his practice in matters related to family law. Mr. Vechiola’s unique financial background combined with many years in the family law industry provide him a competitive advantage to resolve a divorce or family law matter, either in or out of court. In 2016, Mr. Vechiola earned a certification as a Certified Divorce Financial Analyst from the Institute for Divorce Financial Analysts. In 2019, Mr. Vechiola was designated a Certified Financial Litigator by the American Academy of Certified Financial Litigators. Mr. Vechiola has also received several awards throughout his legal career. Notably, Mr. Vechiola has won the Avvo Client’s Choice Award in 2016, 2019 and 2021. Mr. Vechiola’s respect in the legal community has also been recognized as Mr. Vechiola was designated an Emerging Lawyer by Leading Lawyers in 2019 – 2022. Less than 2% of all lawyers licensed in each state have received the distinction of Emerging Lawyer. Further, Mr. Vechiola was designated as a Rising Star by Super Lawyers (Thompson Reuters) in 2021 and 2022.

My primary focus is providing you professional analysis with practical advice. Willing to listen and make sure your voice is heard and your interests are protected. I return calls and emails promptly; I make myself available. I stand by the advice I give and make sure you understand the process. I have the experience that counts. I concentrate my practice in the area of family law, including: dissolution of marriage (divorce); allocation of parenting responsibilities (child custody and visitation); paternity matters; child support; maintenance; and property allocation. Outside of family law, my educational background is in finance. I'm experienced in the difficult financial and property issues that may arise in divorce.
