Hired Attorney

Hired Winslow Law to draft a demand letter for dire matter. Was passed to Robert Pillinger. He took over a MONTH to draft letter. FOUR MONTHS to draft one letter & respond to opposing councel, and never got back with me about "negotiation" after SIX MONTHS total. After Tom Winslow handed Pillinger my case, he opened up his own firm right after. I was not informed until AFTER - that Pillinger was leaving Winslow Law. Pillinger, with no clients, was packing, moving, consumed with, and scrambling with the opening of his new firm and making $$$. My case, other than my money, was not important. Over one month to draft letter. Once opposing councel replied, Pillinger REFUSED to send me the response, but I WAS charged for asking for it repeatedly. I was charged for calls, emails, and "discussion" for, but NEVER RECEIVED A NEGOTIATION RESPONSE. Bogus charges on billing. Uncaring, unethical!! 5350.00, six months, no business left, and left in limbo. I finally asked Pillinger to close my case.
