Hired Law Firm

I paid for a consultation but the primary question I had went unanswered. I wanted to know what South Carolina code 33-31-808 (c) meant when it referred to the removal of Homeowner Association Directors when it said "if the number of votes cast to remove the director would be sufficient to elect the director at a meeting to elect directors". I can't recommend consulting with the Ohanesian Law firm because yu are not likely to get an answer and you are more likely to get a sales pitch to spend more of your money.

The Martindale-Hubbell Peer Review Ratings process is the gold standard due to its objectivity and comprehensiveness. Lawyers solicited for peer reviews include both those selected by the attorney being reviewed and lawyers independently selected by Martindale-Hubbell. All reviewers are verified as attorneys through Martindale-Hubbell’s extensive attorney database. Only attorneys practicing at least three years and receiving a sufficient number of reviews from non-affiliated attorneys are eligible to receive a Rating.

What are the different Martindale-Hubbell Peer Review Ratings?*
