He is very responsive and provides very personal service.
The employees of this firm are very knowledgable and courteous.
I have already referred someone to Mr. Garret.
Got money for the bankruptcy, and then never answered any of our questions. He never returned any email, and when you call him hes always on vacation and wantsbto email. Very unprofessional for someone your paying a lot of money too.. He also looses your important paperwork. He could never find paperwork we sent to him numerous times. Best bet is to find someone that cares and is not just a money hungry person.
Initial visit he's very nice after you sign the papers and pay him, he pretty much forgets about you if you have questions you get an answering machine, rarely returns calls very sharp and rude responses, keeps opening new offices in different towns, and is spreading himself to thin, and the clients are the ones suffering for it. I wouldn't recommend him to anyone.
I have left messages with questions which went with no response. The first question out of his mouth was always "where do we stand with your bill"? I never felt as though he actually cared about what I was going through. There was no communication.
