Swanson I’d a court appointed attorney in Mason County Michigan, he has been he absolute worst communication skills. I’ve tried for weeks to contact him with information pertaining to one of his clients (I had permission to speak with him) and he never returned a phone call. Talks all his clients into plea deals. A plea should not be a win for the prosecution or the attorney. I will be writing a formal complain to the BAR about his lack of ethics.
