Constantly filed the wrong paperwork and got the financial info wrong. Rarely returned calls and were unresponsive to my fears of the process.
He failed to file timely costing me over $16,000 in sanctions later. He lied about letting me go solo until I could get some more money and that he would jump back in. When I tried to come back he would not. They took $100,000 and did a big nothing including not sending a letter of settlement prepared by a junior attorney. Stay away from him he is a liar. In business lying for the money loses you a lot of business and your reputation.
