Hired Attorney David Hopkins

in 2016 I fell into some trouble in Nashville, TN. I am from Portland, Oregon and was stationed at Fort Campbell KY as a 19D Cavalry Scout back in the good ole days. Due to unforeseen drug problems that stemmed from various injuries in the service, I fell head first deep into a black hole that I never thought would EVER happen to someone like me. I now know, that legal trouble can happen to ANYONE. I met David Hopkins with Middle Tennessee Law in 2016 at the Warren County Detention Center in KY. My charges stemmed from federal theft, to 924(c) (Discharge of a firearm in furtherance of a drug trafficking crime). I was facing a possible life sentence, to include a mandatory minimum sentence of 10 years in federal prison. David was kind, and thoroughly explained EVERYTHING to me that mattered. The Martindale-Hubbell Peer Review Ratings process is the gold standard due to its objectivity and comprehensiveness. Lawyers solicited for peer reviews include both those selected by the attorney being reviewed and lawyers independently selected by Martindale-Hubbell. All reviewers are verified as attorneys through Martindale-Hubbell’s extensive attorney database. Only attorneys practicing at least three years and receiving a sufficient number of reviews from non-affiliated attorneys are eligible to receive a Rating.

What are the different Martindale-Hubbell Peer Review Ratings?*

• AV Preeminent®: The highest peer rating standard. This rating signifies that a large number of the lawyer’s peers rank him or her at the highest level of professional excellence for their legal knowledge, communication skills and ethical standards.
