Unprofessional and incompetent was the feeling I got once I hired Susan as my attorney, not only did she avoid and refuse to communicate with me as her client but used unprofessional language and conduct. Once she was paid in full she rescinded her agreements and only addressed what was simple and minimal to get by. Most people would make allegation that she is a low level attorney, I question her practice and Ethics. Lesson learned always get an agreement or written contract of what you are paying for or you will be taken like I was.
