Hired Attorney Mark Cooper

Mark is a great lawyer but doesn't understand the military retirement issues in reference to the ex-spouse. He handled very well most of my issues with actions stated in my divorce decree which were not being done by my ex-husband since our divorce (which was handle by another lawyer). Mark is a very busy lawyer and has a great staff.

Very professional, but caring and personable. Took the time to make sure all of our questions were answered before we left. Very nice man, and did not make us feel uncomfortable at all.

Mr. Cooper worked very hard for me, he went as far as I am concerned above and beyond to get my work done. He always called me when he said he would, and returned my calls promptly. Thank you Mr. Cooper. I hope I never need a lawyer again, but if I do, you will be the one I call.....

I was in a rush to get a power of attorney completed for both my husband and myself. He was very fast in completing my request. I thought the fee was a little excessive for basically a form document but he did take the time right then to do this for me.

Not familiar with military retirement as marital property in a divorce and the paperwork and language involved. Very knowledgeable in other aspects of family law.
