Not only did she make sure I understood the process of divorcing my abusive spouse to ensure my children were safe, but she also listened and provided comfort when needed.I was scared to leave my husband who had financially supported me and my two small children but Heather and her staff made it much easier.I felt very comfortable and felt she took the time to make sure I was ok. I highly recommend her and her staff.
She never seemed to remember what we had talked about previously. So, I believe she never bothered to read her notes on my case. She also did not respond in a timely manner when I asked her questions by email or brought information by the office.
