WARNING: DON'T HIRE THIS MAN!! I hired Scott J. Levine to represent me in a divorce/custody case. Upon consulting with him and giving him the facts of the case he assured me that it would be an easy win with my soon-to-be ex living in an overcrowded house, had refused to allow the children to attend school and generally providing ...a poor environment. I expressed that I would like to compromise as much as practical to come to a peaceful settlement with my former spouse to which Mr. Levine was adamantly against. Throughout the case he continued to add unnecessary fuel to the fire making any reasonable negotiations impossible (which of course prolonged the case and made him more money). At one point he had me disobey the judge’s order (which I did foolishly trusting his legal counsel) and it cost me 10,000 dollars I had to pay to her lawyer as a penalty. He asked how much I had left in my account, I told him 8,000. That very night he called me to talk about the case and happened to men
