I chose this lawyer because my family members have worked for the court and seen her in action. Little did I know that shes a snob when it come to her business. She constantly belittled me in every situation and when it came time to go to court, she was more of the defendants counsel than mine! I am not way shape or form an unfit mother I am a registered nurse and her father is an MD so that was never the case. All Carol did was look down on me and that is not what I was looking for in a lawyer

Mrs. Chang like most attorney nickel and dimes you for everything. I spent a lot of time sending the same e-mails over and over with no answer or resolutions to my questions but she kept on billing me. I gave a retainer fee and it took 3 months for her to work on my case.
