Poor communication from the start prompted me to ask if he was too busy for my case. It didn’t improve. Jon is NEVER available! Most calls, messages & emails ignored. Jon used up a $5K retainer, charging 1/2 hour (at $250 an hour) for each ignored email, message & call. Total rip-off! Sat quietly while other attorney ran the meeting & doesn’t do anything for you. This was the most stressful relationship I’ve ever had with an attorney. Told me he understands why I moved away, my family was a bunch of trash... I am filing a grievance. Unprofessional.
