Francisco Lozano is a principal in the firm’s Mt. Clemens office who focuses his practice on Auto/PIP and No-Fault Insurance issues. Mr. Lozano brings a wealth of knowledge and strategies from his prior extensive work as a No-Fault Plaintiff attorney that he is ready to put to use in his insurance defense practice.
Applying his knowledge and strategic skills, Mr. Lozano second-chaired a federal employment discrimination and retaliation case to a successful jury verdict. He also had success reducing an unwarranted 30-day suspension to a written reprimand. In both instances, he was able to retrieve over $200,000.00 of attorney’s fees for his clients.
Mr. Lozano graduated from Michigan State University, where he was a founding member of their mock trial team. He earned a Juris Doctorate from the Thomas M. Cooley Law School, graduating magna cum laude. During law school, Mr. Lozano clerked for Judge Patricia P. Fresard and Judge Gerald Rosen Chief Judge of the Federal District Court for the Eastern District of Michigan.
Mr. Lozano is licensed to practice in Michigan as well as the Federal District Court for the Eastern District of Michigan. He is also a member of the Hispanic Bar of Michigan.
