Brian V. Boehne focuses his practice on civil litigation defense matters involving first-party automobile disputes, and has extensive experience in third-party automotive claims, premises liability claims, and general negligence, representing various national clients and several major insurance carriers throughout the State of Michigan. Mr. Boehne also has no-fault and bodily injury trial experience in each of the tri-county circuit courts.
Mr. Boehne serves as a Committee member on the State Bar of Michigan’s Diversity and Inclusion Committee. He sits as a Case Evaluator in Oakland County and Macomb County.
Mr. Boehne earned a B.A. from Wayne State University in Geography/Urban Studies, graduating magna cum laude. Additionally, he earned a J.D. from the University of Toledo College of Law.
Mr. Boehne is licensed to practice law in Michigan, as well as both the eastern and western districts of the United States District Court. He is also a member of the State Bar of Michigan and the Oakland County Bar Association. Mr. Boehne has been named a Rising Star by Super Lawyers in 2019, 2020, 2021, 2022, 2023, and 2024. Rising Stars are attorneys who are 40 years old or younger or those who have practiced for ten years or less. Only 2.5 percent of Michigan lawyers are named to this list every year.
