Attorney LaMonica sat with us and answered all of our questions as well as addressed our concerns. He reviewed our outdated documents and really simplified the process of updating our wills and health/ finance POA based on our needs. He was also available for any future questions or concerns. The whole process was stress free and efficient. Would definitely recommend.

Carlo was very responsive to all the questions we had around Will preparation and Medical and Financial Power of Attorney. We had many questions because this was our first attempt at this. He walked us through the options available to us and gave us excellent examples which allowed us to create documents that fit our needs and wants. Time from our first meeting to preparation of the documents review was short. Meeting to sign and validate all paperwork was well organized. We will definitely call on Carlo for additional legal assistance as needed.

Working with this attorney was an absolute pleasure I have zero complaints about anything under his purview. While the VA process inherently drags on, he maintained consistent communication exactly as promised, keeping me informed every step of the way. When it came to handling the VA, he masterfully articulated and structured the key points in each claim, leaving them no room for disagreement (He truly led the horse to water). The only logical path forward for the VA was to approve everything. He skillfully guided me through what initially felt like an insurmountable maze.
