Alex was my representation and I had a pretty straight forward rental/tenant case. Alex represented me and was as informative and as knowledgeable as anyone could ask for. He was fair and to the point, has a great legal sense and knows what “should” hold up if things were to go to court. I highly recommend Benckendorf & Benckendorf and would easily have Alex be my representation again! Have also had them do work in the past regarding business entity changes etc.

Hired Attorney James Benckendorf

Jim is very personable and very knowledgable. He is very easy to talk to.
He assisted with the writing of my will, the sale of read estate, and an antique
truck.
I would definitely use his services again.

The Martindale-Hubbell Peer Review Ratings process is the gold standard due to its objectivity and comprehensiveness. Lawyers solicited for peer reviews include both those selected by the attorney being reviewed and lawyers independently selected by Martindale-Hubbell. All reviewers are verified as attorneys through Martindale-Hubbell’s extensive attorney database. Only attorneys practicing at least three years and receiving a sufficient number of reviews from non-affiliated attorneys are eligible to receive a Rating.

What are the different Martindale-Hubbell Peer Review Ratings?*
