Antonietta Milelli is an accomplished, experienced, competent, personable lawyer, that always has your best interest at hand. I have retained her services multiple times for such things as Real Estate contracts, Will and Testament paperwork, and she is always available to provide guidance, as she advocates for you while attending to your legal matters. I highly recommend Mrs. Milelli for all of your legal needs. She is well versed in NJ law and I would not use anyone else.

Lawyers Toni and Ryan have definitely went above and beyond my expectations for help on all matters on several situations I have came to them with. The support, guidance and professional dedication really took them to another level. I personally had a few breakdowns during this chapter but they held me strong and where there for comfort as well. This chapter of a win has come to an end. And I highly recommend them for all needs that require to use a lawyer. Be well!

Hired Law Firm

Did well in helping to execute my father's will and distributing money to beneficiaries. Neglected to mention that New Jersey has inheritance taxes that needed to be paid, so it cost me a 10% penalty for late filing. This counts as a fail in the basic service that I paid her to perform. Would NOT recommend.

We strive to always provide the best legal advice and best service that we are hired to do. The law firm does not give tax advice nor do we file tax returns. I am sorry that your CPA did not guide you on tax implications of late filings/inheritance taxes.
