After retaining mrs gusti she didn't do absolutely nothing for me I lost my case I end up representing my self and I got 50% ,custody. There's better options out there obviously you will find out after reading all this reviews .
Wasted a long time with her as my lawyer. Was ready for the money, not the work. Wish i got another lawyer. I spoke to another lawyer twice and almost paid their retainer. Still might. I advocated for myself mostly. Always responded to adversaries a day late and a dollar short.
The worst experience I’ve ever had with a so called “Professional.” Lost my case, which was solid to my Ex husband who had no representation. Filled my head with all the positives that we could expect to happen that day in Court and as soon as the opposition began to present his case, she began to lose it and became very confrontational to the point of embarrassment. I truly feel she lost the case because the Judge didnIt care for her behavior or her tactics. What a waste of my money.
Conceded to everything the adversary asked for did not represent me, W as more concerned about finalizing the divorce so she can get paid. Took additional monies from me, after she told me she would get monies back from my retainer fee. She confided in me, that she the adversary was to tough for her, she was truly intimidated by her. I don't know why Ms. Giusti would still try to represent me when she felt this way if only for financial gain.
