Ms. Rafel (and her staff) won my case for me...in short, the entire firm worked hard to get my benefits properly assigned after losing my ability to do my job last year. It was in intensely stressful period but in the end, I couldn't be happier or more satisfied with the results I received from their services, and the firm continues to serve as my liaison to my benefits carrier. The entire firm exudes competency, confidence, and fortitude. I HIGHLY recommend their services
Ms. Gallagher was rude and condescending during meetings. The receptionist and paralegals were unprofessional, making it a stressful experience during an already stressful situation. She was completely unprepared for the hearing and misread key documents. Because of their negligence, I lost my case and ended up in a worse position.
After paying the retainer, I rarely heard from them. Multiple calls were needed to get a status update, and emails went unanswered for weeks. My case felt like a low priority, and they completely neglected to inform me of a court date change. Do not hire this firm, if you want to feel like you matter!
They accepted a lower offer behind my back to quickly close the file. Total breach of trust! They didn’t include me in any goings on pertaining to my case. Terrible! Like they were in a hurry to just get their money with no regards to their client.
Ms. Gallagher is the most unprofessional attorney I have ever dealt with. She didn’t keep us informed of dates and times for court, which caused us to not attend a very important date that ultimately made us lose our case! Please do better!
The firm was very expensive for the amount of work done. We were billed for a 30-minute phone call that lasted five minutes. The final bill was thousands of dollars higher than the initial estimate, with no explanation. Seemed they were only interested in our money. And worst of all, we lost our case!
This firm required a large upfront retainer. However, after the money was deposited, the service stopped. We had to threaten to contact the bar association to get an itemized bill. That took several months. Unbelievable for what we paid out!
Worst experience ever. Mrs. Gallagher completely ignored my emails and calls for over two months. I had to chase them down to get any status updates on my case. When I finally got in touch, they were rude, dismissive, and seemed totally unprepared for our hearing. They didn't seem to know the basic facts of my case, which resulted in a terrible outcome. Do not hire!
Extremely disappointed. I was quoted one price, but the final invoice was triple that amount with zero explanation. I was billed for hours of 'research' that seemed unnecessary, and they charged me for every single, tiny email. It felt like they were just trying to drain my retainer rather than help me. Avoid this firm if you want to save money and win your case!
Worst attorney on the planet! Lost my case and she seemed totally unprepared for court! Do not waste your time! Attorney Nan Gallagher did not seem to understand the nuances of my case and gave me bad advice that cost me more money in the long run!
