Michael Carlucci of Collopy & Carlucci became the court appointed attorney for my son, under the umbrella of my late husband‘s estate. The estate itself is riddled with counterfeit documents that were submitted by my late husband‘s sister, Lynn Gaines. To cover up her Fraud through the handiwork of others, she petition to have a number of bad actors serve as court appointed attorneys for our children. Michael Carlucci was one of the bad outdoors that participated in this knowingly, fictitious fraudulent scheme, in which counterfeit documents were used to hide a multimillion dollar estate, Michael Carlucci fudged to the documents, and pretended that he spoke to his client, my son, and then unlawfully waved my son’s rights. This money hack was done for the filth and greed of a number of attorneys who wanted to wrap their hands around the $100 million estate by forsaking human life, and throwing my son and others in mental hospitals as a cover-up to their cash for kids scheme.
