Lippman & Mahfouz, L.L.C. is a law firm established in 1979 with an office in Morgan City, LA. At this office location, there are 2 lawyers practicing general civil practice, trial practice, probate and 10 other areas of law.
This man took $2000 of my money and wasted it away on "office visits" to keep him updated on a case wherein I wasn't seeing my son. Then come to find out he represented the opposing client in my case(my grandmother) at some point--helped her win custody, child support, etc, and then took on my case knowing full well he had represented her and was biased, and then strung me along eating up the money I had given him until it was all gone, and that was before we ever even made it to trial.
This firm changed my Father's will, a year before he died of alcoholism..and has totally stolen my Father's Estate and all his property, bank accts., Retirement, savings, insurance..every asset he ever accumulated in his 70 years..most of those years a merchant Mariner..overseas work..a lot..Mr. Mahfouz refused to come to my father's death bed at Franklin Memorial..at my Father's request..he told Me.Mahfouz..he made a mistake..he needed to change his will..Mr Mahfouz could not be bothered..never came..my father died broken hearted, because now he was sober and knew, the will was wrong..but..so it went..nearly 300,000..gone, and my Father's beautiful home left to decay..but this I am finding is not the only family this was done to..I only wish I could afford to have his personal bank accounts reviewed for mis appropriation if client funds..😠
