Patricia has 20 years of litigation experience, with approximately 10 years of focus solely on the defense of health care providers. She represents physicians, nurses, advanced practice providers, physician practice groups, hospitals and skilled nursing facilities in medical malpractice and skilled nursing lawsuits. As a seasoned litigator, Patricia successfully represents her clients in all stages of litigation through trial, settlement negotiations and/or alternative dispute resolution including mediation and arbitration. Patricia also has experience handling legal malpractice cases as well as product liability matters.
Patricia developed and honed her trial skills early in her career while working as a prosecutor in the Lackawanna County District Attorney’s Office, where she tried multiple felony and misdemeanor cases. She was also an Assistant City Solicitor for the City of Scranton, where she worked closely with the Mayor of Scranton and her Administration.
An active member of the local legal community, Patricia serves on the Board of Directors for the Lackawanna Bar Association. She is also past President of the Young Lawyers Division and earned the prestigious Peggy Gavin Award.
