I am writing to express serious concerns about Mr. Harvey and his assistant, Sherri, regarding the mishandling of our family’s estate. When we questioned inaccurate information from the office, Sherri told us we could “shred our documents into a million pieces and do it ourselves.” This level of disrespect is unacceptable, especially during sensitive legal matters. Due to the conflicting information, I consulted another estate attorney and the Montross, VA courts. Both provided consistent information that confirmed Mr. Harvey’s office was incorrect. This caused delays, added expenses, and emotional distress for our family. We expected professionalism and reliable support but instead encountered carelessness and hostility. Clients should beware, this office does not uphold the standards expected in estate matters. We share our experience to help others make informed decisions when choosing legal representation.

All reviewers are verified as attorneys through Martindale-Hubbell’s extensive attorney database. Only attorneys practicing at least three years and receiving a sufficient number of reviews from non-affiliated attorneys are eligible to receive a Rating.
