The attorney in question failed to perform his duties adequately when an individual named Mekala Moore submitted a false affidavit against me. He provided me with a document indicating that a trial was scheduled for 3 pm; however, upon my arrival, the courtroom remained inaccessible until 9:30PM. I was compelled to wait at the library, which closed at 8 PM. Furthermore, the attorney was not present; he was reportedly engaged at the police station in conversation with someone, ostensibly his close associate namely the district attorney at the time, James R. Farrell. Subsequently, he directed my caseworker at the time to escort me to his office in Monticello, where he requested that I wait in the hallway while he took a phone call. This conduct was discourteous. Additionally, a lady from upstairs approached and inquired about my activities; I explained that the lawyer instructed me to wait in the hallway. She informed me that there was a designated waiting room and I can sit there.
