Zachary Kelson is incredibly diligent, & did a fantastic job even though we were dealing with an extremely difficult tenant. {para}His guidance and his field of expertise in landlord-tenant matters provided positive results - way beyond my expectations. {para}He will answer all of your questions, process the paperwork in a timely manner, and provide the most realistic and sound advice. {para}I am fortunate to have found such a great attorney and HIGHLY recommend him!

Hired Attorney Zachary Kelson

Mr. Kelson is a fantastic lawyer and takes excellent care of his clients. He knows the law inside and out, and I learned so much I didn't know about the eviction process. His communication is excellent, and everything he said he would do, he did perfectly and in a timely manner. {para}I had a terrible experience with a tenant, and I knew nothing of how the law could help me. Zach was sure to explain every step of the process. He is simply the BEST!!

He is a horrible person horrible attorney he destroys deals like he just did today he has been demanding PERSONAL INFORMATION AND PERSONAL DOCUMENTS FROM PEOPLE when he is not entitled to that He has lied to his CLIENTS about the SITUATION DO NOT TRUST THIS ATTORNEY WITH YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION AT ALL HE IS A LIAR HE DISCRIMINATORY TO HISPANICS ESPECIALLY !!!!!! LAW SUIT LAW SUIT

This attorney has made defamation remarks about certain clients because they are of HISPANIC decent and are from the Bronx. This attorney has now destroyed a seller buyer deal for a home because he does not like that fact that the buyers are not willing to give him their bank statements which technically the only ones that are entitled to the bank statements is the lender not the sellers attorney he is UNETHICAL UNPROFESSIONAL AND DISCRIMINATORY TOWARD VETERANS AND HISPANICS
